Her background is in healing and in self-development programmes integrating spiritual and esoteric matters.

She is qualified as a Cert Ed teacher and in theosophy, NLP diploma, and Past Life Regression therapist.

Are these one to one sessions?

Yes and they may be carried out over skype, email, phone and one to one sessions for past life regression.

How long are the sessions?

The sessions normally last 1 1/2 hours

What do the sessions consist of?

This varies according to the person but in general, there is a consultation.  There is a step by step programme.  There are several mind journeys and if required past life regression sessions.  In general the consultation is the starting point to guide which directions are approcriate.

What does the Inner Coach Programme address?

It addresses your life, what belief patterns are holding you back, how to build confidence in yourself and to make the necessary changes.   it helps to balance the mind and emotions. it aids in the process of decision making, walking your talk.

 It also looks at dietary issues and the relationship you have with yourself and others.

What is the cost?

It is preferable to do a block booking of six.  However, it is also possible to try a session out first.  The cost commences at £75.00 for a consultation.
